LJUBLJANA DRAGON AND CASTLE
The dragon is the symbol of Ljubljana and has the pride of
place on the city coat of arms and on the Dragon Bridge.
Ljubljana Castle is standing on the hill above downtown Ljubljana. Originally a medieval fortress, it was probably constructed in the 11th century and rebuilt in the 12th century.
